Send one email per issue. Each email creates a Trello job card, which helps us track progress.

Use the issue as your subject line. Example: Slider image not saving.

Include details in the body. Describe what happened and how it happened, with as much info as possible.

Add visuals. Screenshots are great, short videos are even better.

Identify yourself. Include your name and the email linked to your account (if different from the one you’re sending from).
